Apex Shipping offers you the option of placing individual shipments under our continuous transport insurance. You are then fully insured with a Dutch company.
If you wish to make use of our insurance, you must notify us in writing or indicate this online before the shipment departs.

Liability insurance is not the same and every carrier also has such insurance. The liability insurance only pays out if the carrier is actually liable
is for the relevant damage. Damages are paid based on weight and/or volume, which means that compensation can be significantly lower than the actual value of the goods

The incoterms do not fully cover the risk of damage and loss. The Incoterms determine when accountability is transferred to various parties.
